Job SummaryVAMANA SKILLSYNC Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers/candidates, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers/candidates as per assigned leads.
• Explain company services, products, or job opportunities clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with customers/candidates through calls and messages.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Generate leads and convert potential prospects into successful cases.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up on pending cases and commitments.
• Coordinate with the internal team for further processing.
• Prepare daily calling and performance reports.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of English and local languages.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• QualificationAny Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, collections, or recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileGood communication and listening skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
