We are a leading diabetes reversal and lifestyle clinic in Hyderabad, seeking an experienced Telecaller to connect with leads, explain our services, and book confirmed appointments.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided leads.
Clearly explain our clinic services and benefits.
Book minimum of 6 appointments/day with a 70% walk-in conversion.
Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of productive talk time daily.
Follow up with interested leads to convert them into bookings.
Update call logs and lead status in CRM
