Telecaller – Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explaining our products/services and generating interest.
Handling incoming customer inquiries.
Following up with interested customers.
Generating leads and fixing appointments.
Achieving daily and monthly calling and sales/appointment targets.
Maintaining basic records of calls and follow-ups.
Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to speak confidently with customers are essential.
