Job Description

Hiring Tele callers (Prefer DRA certified ) for reputed collection agency at Ameerpet.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contact customers through outbound calls regarding overdue payments.
  • Remind customers about pending dues and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Explain payment options and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach during all calls.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Preferably DRA candidates.
  • Should have idea about Buckets.
  • Should have good communications skills.

Qualification

Education : 10th or Below 10th
