TELECALLER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at JK Group. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers, explaining services, and maintaining proper follow-up.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers/leads
• Explain company services and offers clearly
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain customer details and call records
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Achieve daily calling and performance goals
• Coordinate with the team and report daily updates
Requirements:
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills
• Telugu speaking is preferred
• Basic English/Hindi communication is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
