Telecaller

JSR Group Suncity is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele caller to join our Sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for promoting our real estate projects, understanding client needs, and setting up appointments for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:·        Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

·        Explain project details of JSR Suncity including plot locations, pricing, and benefits.

·        Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.

·        Fix appointments for site visits and coordinate with field sales executives.

·        Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel.

·        Handle basic incoming enquiries from prospects.

Candidate Profile :

Education: Any Degree

Experience: 1 years (Real estate experience is an added advantage).

Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Skills:

·        - Strong communication and convincing ability

·        - Basic understanding of plot/real estate sales

·        - Familiar with mobile apps, and WhatsApp follow-ups

·        - Focused on lead conversion and teamwork
