Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Incentive Based
Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telecallers to connect with prospective customers from the data provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using company-provided data/leads.
- Explain products/services and create interest among prospects.
- Fix and confirm appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and daily activity updates.
- Build positive customer engagement through effective communication.
Daily Performance Expectations:
- Minimum 60 calls per day (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 confirmed appointment per day (mandatory)
Compensation:
- Entirely Incentive Based – No fixed salary.
- Attractive incentives based on appointments, conversions, and performance.
Eligibility:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic phone handling and follow-up capability.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
