Telecaller

Milkcrop is a premium dairy startup in Hyderabad. We deliver fresh farm milk to homes across the city every morning, and our customers are premium families — the voice on the phone IS our brand. You will be part of the core team at our Banjara Hills office.

What you will do:

• Call our customers — payment reminders, follow-ups, and win-back calls
• Call new leads and convince them to start with Milkcrop
• Speak the customer's language — English, Telugu and Hindi, switching naturally
• Keep every call warm, clear and professional — no scripts read out loud, real conversation
• Update customer records after every call

What we need:

• Excellent spoken English, Telugu and Hindi — polished, clear, confident
• Experience talking to premium customers: bank/credit-card desk, real estate, hospital front office, airline/hotel, insurance — or any role where your voice was the brand
• Calm with an angry customer, comfortable asking for a pending payment politely
• Ready to work in a startup — small team, real responsibility, fast growth

Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday, Sunday off Location: Work from office — Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 fixed, based on experience
