Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate course enquiries.
  • Follow up with leads received through digital marketing, social media, and other sources.
  • Explain the academy's courses, training programs, career opportunities, and fee structure.
  • Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course recommendations.
  • Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
  • Convert prospective leads into admissions by providing effective counselling.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion.
