Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
• RequirementsGood verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; [Telugu/other local language] preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous telecalling/customer service/sales experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
