Job Title: Telecaller (Female)

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ₹18000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and counseling students regarding our services, ensuring a positive experience for each caller. You will play a key role in building relationships with prospective students and providing information about educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about the courses and services offered.
• Counsel students and their families about the programs, answering queries and providing solutions to their concerns.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and conversations in the system.
• Work with the team to meet monthly and weekly targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
• Ability to handle student queries effectively.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation (any background).
• Must be fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
