Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller / Sales Executive who can handle outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and convert leads into office visits for interior design consultations.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to provided leads database
• Introduce our interior design services in a clear and engaging way
• Build interest and convince clients to visit our office
• Handle objections and follow up with interested leads
• Maintain daily call logs and lead status updates
• Coordinate with internal team for appointment scheduling
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for site visits / walk-ins
• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
• 🎯 Requirements:0–3 years experience in telecalling / sales (freshers with good communication can apply)
• Strong communication skills in Telugu & basic English (Hindi is a plus)
• Confidence in speaking and handling different types of customers
• Ability to convince and close appointments
• Basic understanding of sales process
