Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller / Sales Executive who can handle outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and convert leads into office visits for interior design consultations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to provided leads database

Introduce our interior design services in a clear and engaging way

Build interest and convince clients to visit our office

Handle objections and follow up with interested leads

Maintain daily call logs and lead status updates

Coordinate with internal team for appointment scheduling

Achieve daily/weekly targets for site visits / walk-ins

Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

🎯 Requirements:0–3 years experience in telecalling / sales (freshers with good communication can apply)

Strong communication skills in Telugu & basic English (Hindi is a plus)

Confidence in speaking and handling different types of customers

Ability to convince and close appointments

Basic understanding of sales process
