Telemarketing Sales Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic Telemarketing Sales Executives (both male and female candidates) to join our dynamic team. • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Explain product benefits, features, and offers clearly in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Identify customer needs, answer queries, and persuade them to make purchases.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM tools.
• Follow up with interested leads to close deals.
• Provide timely feedback to the manager regarding customer requirements and challenges.
• Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and process improvements.

• Eligibility & RequirementsAge Limit: Below 30 years.
• Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass), graduates preferred.
• Freshers: Eligible with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Experienced: Compensation will be based on previous CTC.
• Interview Process: 3 rounds – Assessment Test, HR Interview, Manager Interview.

• Compensation & BenefitsFirst 3 months: ₹16,000 CTC (₹12,000 Take Home).
• 4th month: ₹21,000 CTC (₹17,000 Take Home).
• 5th month onwards: ₹12,000 Retention Bonus in addition to salary.
