Job Description

Contact existing and potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.

Promote and sell financial products such as personal loans & insurance products.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to customers.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers by achieving sales targets.

Maintain customer records and update information in systems.

Follow up with customers regarding applications, documentation, and loan processing.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about company products and services.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
