Job Location: JNTU, Miyapur & Bachupally, Hyderabad

Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

• Job ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers using leads provided by the company.
• Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Communicate effectively in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Convince potential buyers to schedule and attend property site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team to arrange site visits.
• Address basic customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Share project brochures, property details, and location links through WhatsApp.
• Maintain records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed site visits.

Lead Generation Support

The company will generate leads through:

• Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram promotions).
• Google Ads and online property promotions.

The telecaller is not required to generate leads independently. The primary responsibility is to contact the provided leads, explain the projects, follow up with potential buyers, and convert enquiries into confirmed site visits and sales.

• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Good WhatsApp communication and follow-up skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality.
• Ability to convince customers and arrange property site visits.
• Willingness to coordinate with the sales team and assist with site visits when required.
