Job Description

Fixzone is hiring a Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, technician coordination and daily repair operations.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp and online leads.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed repair bookings.
  • Follow up with new, pending and old leads.
  • Coordinate jobs between customers and technicians.
  • Share quotations and repair updates with customers.
  • Track pending and completed repair jobs.
  • Handle basic customer complaints and queries.
  • Maintain daily sales, lead and job reports.
  • Help achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.


Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer, WhatsApp and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate a team.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of smartphones/iPhone repair is an advantage.


Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Growth: Opportunity to move into Sales / Operations Manager role based on performance.
