Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Territory Manager is the custodian for his/ her given territory (geographical domain, channel strata etc). Mainly responsible for delivery KPI & Secondary Sales Targets on a consistent basis in line with brand/ trade plans. Responsible for managing distributor field force (Order Bookers), that they are working in line with company policies. The position is based within the Field Sales division of the Reckitt Benckiser Country Sales Operations. The position is assigned a territory and forms external customer relationships through regular store visits. The Territory Manager reports to the Area Sales Manager, who reports into the Regional Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities

Work along Vision KPI Measures à 30-5-65
Deliver Secondary Sales and Distribution targets for the given territory
Daily Discipline: Leading Morning Meeting & Evening Meeting
On premises : Time Management, Coordination amongst OBs & DMs
Ensure Reckitt coverage on all relevant outlets and brands numeric, stock width and depth
Launching and monitoring outcome of NPDs in the assigned territory
Ensure timely disbursement of Channel Plans Incentives (Merchandising) in the markets
DSRs and Customers on ground are aware of latest trade plans
Work on route management and outlet servicing for effective and efficient coverage
Reporting Competitor interventions (resizing, packaging alteration, NPDs & pricing) to ASM

The experience we're looking for

Proven organisational talent and able to juggle multiple projects with ease.
2-3 years of experience in Field Sales most likely in an FMCG industry
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic marketing software tools.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Marketing activities required
