Job Description
Territory Sales Manager
Core Goal: Manage a specific area in Hyderabad to hit revenue targets through team leadership and distributor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Hit monthly/quarterly revenue goals for the assigned territory.
- Channel Management: Recruit and manage local distributors, dealers, or retailers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a small team of field sales executives.
- Market Analysis: Track competitors and identify new growth spots in the city.
- Collections: Ensure timely payments and handle credit limits for partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years
- Languages: Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi/English is usually mandatory for Hyderabad.
- Skills: Negotiation, route planning, and basic Excel.
- Mobility: Must have a vehicle for frequent local travel.
