Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced methodologies and tools. Your role involves driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering intelligent and predictive approaches that leverage automation and cutting-edge solutions to ensure superior product quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to build their capabilities in automation and quality engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and best practices in test automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
