Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end student visa processing for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, and other European destinations.
- Review student profiles and assess visa eligibility based on country-specific requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and organize visa documentation, including financial documents, academic records, SOPs, and supporting evidence.
- Guide students on financial requirements, bank statements, education loans, sponsorship documents, and proof of funds.
- Assist with visa application forms, online submissions, biometric appointments, and interview preparation.
- Keep updated on the latest immigration rules, visa policies, documentation standards, and embassy guidelines.
- Identify documentation gaps and minimize the risk of visa refusals through thorough application checks.
- Coordinate with students, university representatives, internal counsellors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, appointments, visa outcomes, and follow-ups.
- Provide timely updates to students throughout the visa process and ensure applications are submitted within deadlines.
- Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in overseas student visa processing or immigration documentation.
- Strong knowledge of student visa requirements and country-specific procedures.
- Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple student applications and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and online visa application portals.
- A detail-oriented, responsible, and student-focused approach.
