Job Purpose

Lead the Nation-wide Network Change Management function responsible for safe, controlled, and timely implementation of all planned network changes across Vodafone Idea’s national telecom infrastructure.

The role ensures service continuity while enabling rapid network modernization, technology rollouts, cloud transformation, and operational automation across multiple technology domains. The incumbent owns governance, change risk, execution quality, operational readiness, and continuous process improvement to protect customer experience and business revenue.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Education Qualification

B.E./B.Tech — Electronics / Telecommunications. ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification preferred. Certification in ISO 20K or ISO 27K is an added advantage.

 

Years of working experience

Minimum 15 years total with at least 5 years managing centralised NOC Change Management at a national scale, covering multiple technology domains.
