Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in the system.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of products.
  • Coordinate with the purchase, logistics, and store teams for timely deliveries.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
  • Prepare daily stock and dispatch reports.


Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or retail industry will be an added advantage.
