Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse OperationsManage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
• Optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and product movement.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Inventory Management

• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Monitor inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage serialized inventory using IMEI numbers and barcode systems.
• Track damaged, defective, returned, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Allocate work and monitor daily productivity.
• Ensure adherence to attendance, discipline, and safety procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and skill development.

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate with transport partners for timely deliveries to retail stores, distributors, and service centers.
• Ensure accurate documentation for dispatches and deliveries.
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics issues.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure secure storage of high-value mobile devices.
• Implement inventory security measures to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards.
• Support internal and external audits.

Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, dispatch turnaround time, stock ageing, and productivity.
• Present operational reports and improvement plans to management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations in the mobile or consumer electronics industry.
• Experience managing serialized inventory (IMEI tracking).
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and SAP.
• Strong inventory control and stock reconciliation skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
