Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Store Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in sales and online retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service to help drive store sales.
- E-Commerce Operations: Use essential e-commerce tools and software to help manage orders and update inventory.
- Packing & Dispatch: Accurately and securely pack products for delivery, ensuring items reach customers in perfect condition.
- General Helper Duties: Assist with day-to-day store operations, organize stock on shelves, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! No prior experience is required.
- Skills: Friendly attitude with good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn how to operate computers and e-commerce tools.
- Active, responsible, and detail-oriented when it comes to packing and organizing.
