Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, sockets, and lighting systems.
  • Perform domestic, commercial, and industrial wiring work.
  • Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Install and maintain electrical panels, cables, motors, and other electrical equipment.
  • Perform earthing, cable jointing, and electrical connections.
  • Use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and testing devices.
  • Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
  • Maintain proper records of electrical work and materials used. Digital Government of India
