About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth for our UAE insurance business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and policy issuance.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Update and manage customer records in CRM.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.


Requirements


  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Insurance Sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
