Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive for our Warehouse who will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, inward/outward goods, dispatch details, and inventory data. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have basic computer and Excel skills.✅ Enter and update stock movement data (inward/outward) on a daily basis

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain records of items received and dispatched

✅ Prepare item-wise stock reports and update inventory files regularly

✅ Assist dispatch and packaging teams in maintaining accurate documentation

✅ Match physical stock with system data during audits

✅ Report stock mismatches, damage, or missing items

✅ Maintain cleanliness and filing of all warehouse documents

✅ Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support warehouse operations

Requirement:

• Minimum education: 12th pass or Graduate
• 0–1 year of experience in data entry or warehouse work (freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (must)
• Physically active and ready to work in a warehouse setting

Timing: 10 am -8 pm.
