📋 Job Responsibilities

- Hire candidates for Field Sales Executive, Delivery, Telecalling, BPO and other bulk hiring requirements.

- Source candidates through Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups and other hiring platforms.

- Screen and shortlist candidates.

- Conduct telephonic interviews.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the company.

- Ensure candidates complete documentation and successfully join.

- Maintain daily hiring updates.

✅ Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.

- Experience in Bulk Hiring is mandatory.

- Candidates with experience in Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, Airtel, Jio, Telecom, BFSI, BPO or Staffing Recruitment will be preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Own Laptop/Mobile with Internet Connection.
