Pre Sales

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can take ownership of the early stage of our sales process — from receiving a new lead to qualifying the requirement, fixing the meeting, managing follow-ups and preparing proposals.

This role is not responsible for conducting the actual client meeting. The primary responsibility is to ensure that no good lead is lost because of poor follow-up, delayed communication or lack of process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Qualification

• Identify whether the lead is Hot, Warm or Cold.
• Maintain proper notes and next-action dates for every lead.
• Ensure new leads are contacted quickly after they are received.

Meeting Generation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills.
• Is confident speaking with homeowners over the phone.
• Can communicate professionally in Hindi and English.
• Is persistent without being irritating or pushy.
• Is highly organised and comfortable working with data.
• Can manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Understands the importance of follow-up.
• Is comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, CRM or similar tools.
• Can learn interior terminology and understand basic residential interior requirements.
• Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions for every task.
