Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our courier and logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our courier, B2B, B2C and logistics solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities in the courier & logistics segment.
• Contact potential clients through calls, visits, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Acquire new customers and onboard them with the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and suggest suitable logistics solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads, quotations and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth client servicing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track competitor pricing, market trends and new business opportunities.
• Maintain daily sales reports, lead status and customer records.
• Preferred SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and sales abilities.
• Experience in Courier, Logistics, E-commerce, B2B or B2C sales will be preferred.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
