🔑 Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with potential property buyers/investors.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Handle sales calls, meetings, and property inquiries.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate property visits and follow up until closure.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain regular updates of leads and sales activities.

👤 What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or field sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic knowledge of the local property market will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
