About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented EdTech Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their educational requirements, explaining suitable courses or programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students/parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand the customer's educational needs, career goals, and preferences.
• Explain courses, programs, features, benefits, fees, and enrollment processes clearly.
• Conduct product/course demonstrations and counseling sessions where required.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments/admissions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with the academic, counseling, and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
