Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to generate B2B leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and create sales opportunities for AV Impact’s AV, networking, and security solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to corporate, institutional, educational, and other B2B customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify potential AV/IT solution opportunities.
  • Introduce AV Impact’s products and solutions to prospective customers.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up regularly on leads, enquiries, quotations, and proposals.
  • Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the sales and pre-sales teams for further customer engagement.
  • Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales-support targets.
