Job Description
Senior UI/UX DesignerExperienceMinimum 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design while collaborating closely with product managers and development teams.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent designs across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Required SkillsMinimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Preferred SkillsExperience with SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce products.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams.
