Job Description
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Indore, MP
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective solar customers.
- Explain SOLXCELL solar products, subsidy, EMI and installation benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Fix site visits/appointments for interested customers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and pending decisions.
- Maintain daily call, lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Reactivate old and missed leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Technical team for customer conversion.

- Daily Calls & Connected Calls
- Qualified Leads Generated
- Site Visits Fixed
- Follow-Up Completion

- Visit → Booking Conversion

Required Skills
- Good Hindi communication & basic English.
- Confident and sales-oriented personality.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/Excel/WhatsApp knowledge.
