• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Explain company services, stock-market-related products, and investment services clearly to clients.
• Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, referrals, and other available sources.
• Handle client queries and provide timely information.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist clients with the onboarding/account-opening process as per company procedures.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and provide good customer service.
• Follow all applicable company policies and regulatory requirements when discussing financial products or services.
• For Freshers Graduate 3th year running or 12th pass out , depending on company requirements.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn about stock-market products and financial services.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to work in sales are welcome.
• For Experienced Candidates1–3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, stock-market sales, financial services, or client relationship management.
• Experience in lead generation, follow-up, and customer handling.
• Ability to meet sales and performance targets.
• Knowledge of stock-market products and financial-services processes is an advantage.
