Job Description
Hiring: Sales Trainer
Company: Shri Kalyan Punji Private Limited
Location: Nexus Spaces, Vishal Astra, First Floor, Office No. 103, AB Road, Scheme No. 54, Satya Sai Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales training to new and existing employees.
- Train employees on sales techniques and customer handling.
- Improve communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Explain sales processes, products and company policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance assessments.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Help the sales team achieve targets and improve productivity.
- Travel to different locations or branches for conducting training sessions.
- Provide on-site training and support to sales teams whenever required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Training or Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Willingness to travel as per company requirements.
- Experience in loan or financial sales will be preferred.
