Job Description
- Counsel students regarding higher education and overseas study opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic background, interests, career goals, and financial preferences.
- Recommend suitable courses, universities, countries, and programs based on student requirements.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into applications.
- Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application status.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa-processing teams for smooth application processing.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the counselling journey.
- Achieve assigned monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Stay updated with university programs, admission requirements, intakes, and study-abroad trends.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, school/college visits, and student counselling sessions when required.
- Ensure a professional and ethical approach while providing guidance to students.
