📌 Job Summary

Dhanshri Infrabulls Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in real estate operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, handling property-related transactions, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records

* Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments

* Manage booking amounts, customer receipts, and payment schedules

* Maintain project-wise accounts and cost tracking

* Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and reports

* Handle GST, and other statutory compliances

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

* Maintain records of agreements, sale deeds, and property-related documents

* Coordinate with sales, CRM, and legal teams for financial updates

* Assist during audits and ensure timely filing of returns

✅ Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

* 2–4 years of accounting experience (real estate industry preferred)

* Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and compliance

* Hands-on experience in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

* Experience in handling property booking entries and customer ledgers

* Understanding of agreement value, registry, stamp duty, and brokerage calculations

* Ability to manage project-wise accounting and cost sheets

* Knowledge of RERA compliance and real estate documentation (preferred)

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good coordination and communication skills

💡 Additional Skills (Preferred)**

* Experience in handling multiple real estate projects/accounts

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Basic knowledge of loan processing and bank coordination

* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
