Accountant

Accountant | Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Salary: ₹15,000–20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

About the Role We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, GST-related work and financial records for our business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
• Make purchase and sales entries in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills and vouchers.
• Handle GST-related work.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
• Maintain proper records of receivables and payables.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding bills and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile stock/accounting records where required.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for management.
• Maintain documents and accounting records in an organized manner.
• Perform other routine accounting and administrative tasks as required.
• Required Skills
• Tally — Mandatory
• GST knowledge — Mandatory
• MS Excel — Mandatory
• MS Word — Basic/working knowledge required
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform reconciliations.
• Good attention to detail.
• Requirements1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Candidate should be reliable, responsible and trustworthy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates from Indore/local candidates preferred.
• Working ConditionsMonday–Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full-time, on-site role
