• Calculate and process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

Internal Controls and Auditing

• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Assist in internal and external audits.

Bank Reconciliation

• Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.

Compliance and Regulatory Filing

• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and financial regulations.
• Handle filings with ROC, MCA, or other statutory bodies as applicable.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Generate periodic reports for management review.
