Job Description
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Maintain cash book and petty cash records.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Assist with GST/TDS documentation and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and accountants during audits.
Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
Answer phone calls and attend visitors professionally.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Assist in data entry and document management.
