Job Description
Finbook Advisors is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple clients, including handling accounts at clients’ business locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients.
* Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and other accounting entries.
* Maintain ledgers, cash books, bank books and other accounting records.
* Perform bank reconciliation and customer/vendor account reconciliation.
* Have basic practical knowledge of GST, TDS and other routine accounting compliances.
* Assist with GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations and related documentation.
* Visit clients’ business premises for on-site accounting work and accounting-related coordination.
* Coordinate with clients to collect financial documents and resolve accounting queries.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* B.Com, M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred.
* 1–5 years of practical experience in accounting.
* Ability to independently handle routine accounting work.
* Basic working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
* Knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software.
* Working knowledge of MS Excel.
* Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.
* Willingness to travel to clients’ locations as required.
Salary & Conveyance
* Salary: ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
* Client Visit Conveyance: Conveyance reimbursement for authorised client visits will be provided as per company policy.
