Billing Executive

Job description

• Generate bills and invoices accurately using Tally
• Maintain sales, purchase, and payment entries in the system
• Handle daily billing and coordinate with the sales team
• Prepare and manage E-way bills as per dispatch requirements
• Maintain proper records of transactions and documentation
• Assist in accounts reconciliation and report preparation
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams for billing accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company accounting and billing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required skill

• B.com, M.com, MBA Finance, any accounts or finance disciplines
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge or experience in TDS, Tally report, Bank Reconciliation statement
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime software.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point, etc).

Timing- 11 am-9 pm
