Note : Candidates with experience in sales within the EdTech industry or in a Branch Manager role will be preferred.

Job Summary

NDMIT Institute is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager with prior sales experience in the EdTech industry to manage branch operations, drive student admissions, lead the sales team, and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

·        Drive student admissions, sales, and revenue growth.

·        Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into admissions.

·        Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and counselling team.

·        Monitor sales targets, lead conversion rates, and overall branch performance.

·        Handle student and parent enquiries, follow-ups, and escalations.

·        Build strong relationships with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders.

·        Prepare regular sales reports and ensure achievement of business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Candidates must have prior sales experience in the EdTech industry.

·        Experience in sales team handling or branch management is preferred.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

·        Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

·        Good knowledge of lead generation, sales conversion, and customer relationship management.

·        Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
