Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our Stock Market Advisory team in Indore. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, understand their investment needs, and offer them our equity, derivatives, and portfolio advisory services. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in financial sales, as well as experienced professionals who want to grow further in the broking and advisory space. Full training on markets, products, and compliance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

•   Generate leads through cold calling, references, social media, and walk-ins, and convert them into active trading/advisory clients.

•   Explain stock market products and services such as equity, derivatives (F&O), mutual funds, and portfolio advisory to prospective clients.

•   Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.

•   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.

•   Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales effectively.

•   Keep clients updated on market trends, new products, and investment opportunities.

•   Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

•   Coordinate with the research and dealing teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

•   Ensure all sales activities comply with SEBI guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•   Graduate in is preferred.

•   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•   Confident, presentable, and self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.

•   Basic understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, or financial products is an advantage (not mandatory for freshers).

•   Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with using CRM/calling tools.

•   Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local Indore market is a plus.

•   NISM certification is a plus, but not mandatory at the time of joining.
