Job Description

  • 🔹 BD Executive (Sales) – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead GenerationIdentify potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking.

  • Research and find new business opportunities in the market.
  • Maintain and update the leads database.


  • 2. Client CommunicationContact prospective clients to understand their needs.
  • Present company products or services to potential customers.
  • Arrange meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.


  • 3. Sales Target AchievementWork towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Convert leads into paying customers.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to close deals.


  • 4. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships for repeat sales.


  • 5. Market ResearchAnalyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Provide feedback to management about market demands.


  • 6. Negotiation & ClosingNegotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements.
  • Close sales deals effectively.


  • 7. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track performance against sales targets.
