Job Description
- 🔹 BD Executive (Sales) – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead GenerationIdentify potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Research and find new business opportunities in the market.
- Maintain and update the leads database.
- 2. Client CommunicationContact prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Present company products or services to potential customers.
- Arrange meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
- 3. Sales Target AchievementWork towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close deals.
- 4. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries.
- Maintain long-term business relationships for repeat sales.
- 5. Market ResearchAnalyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Provide feedback to management about market demands.
- 6. Negotiation & ClosingNegotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Close sales deals effectively.
- 7. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain records of sales activities in CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track performance against sales targets.
