Job SummaryFabHR Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Business Development Interns / Freshers interested in Software Sales, SaaS and Business Development. Training will be provided.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calling, email and internet research.
- Identify potential companies and decision-makers.
- Make introductory calls and explain software products.
- Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- RequirementsGraduate / Final-year student.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Confident, positive and willing to learn.
- Interest in Software Sales / SaaS / HRTech / EdTech.
Training & GrowthTraining will be provided for FabHR, FabTrace and FabScreen, along with sales, lead generation, cold calling and CRM.
Growth: Business Development Executive → SaaS Sales Executive → Account Manager
Salary & IncentivesSalary/Stipend: Based on qualification and performance
Incentives: Available on successful conversions
