Job Description
- Documentation & ISO System DevelopmentPrepare and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Policies, Manuals, and Quality Procedures.
- Design and develop ISO-related formats, templates, forms, registers, checklists, and records.
- Maintain Document Control Registers and Master Lists.
- Update documents as per management and audit requirements.
- Ensure proper version control, document numbering, revision history, and approval workflow.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO standards
- Data Management & Record KeepingMaintain electronic and hard-copy records.
- Organize files and documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and audit documentation.
- Ensure document confidentiality and data security.
- Audit SupportAssist in preparation for internal and external audits.
- Compile audit records and compliance evidence.
- Track Corrective Actions (CAPA) and document updates.
- Computer OperationsHandle MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documentation.
- Prepare professional formats, charts, tables, and reports.
- Manage document printing, scanning, and digital archiving.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation and quality management systems will be an added advantage.
