We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team.
📍 Location: Indore (Work From Office)
💰 Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience
🎯 Experience: 1–5 Years Preferred

✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software / MS Excel
✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills
✅ Good problem-solving abilities
✅ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and maintain customer database
🔹 Handle customer queries and provide support
🔹 Follow up with leads and existing customers
🔹 Maintain records of customer interactions
🔹 Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates
